maintenance of your art collection.
ART SALES
AC carries a diverse selection of artwork, sculpture & photography
from artists near and far... with an emphasis on local artists. Many of
our featured artists live in Charlotte and the surrounding region. We make
every effort to satisfy your art sweet tooth regardless if you lean towards work
from this area or work with a decidedly distant flavor.
ART RENTAL & LEASING PROGRAM
Leasing art is a very cost-effective solution for any business or household and allows you the ability to rotate your art at regular intervals.
Our art rental and leasing services enable you to enjoy original works of art
through more affordable arrangements. Our mission at AC & CAL is to meet
your aesthetic and financial criteria for selecting artwork, whether that
artwork is leased for short or long-term. As independent consultants, we
seek and secure the most appropriate and highest quality art within a given
budget. We provide a large
collection of rental artworks and all our works are presented fully framed or on
gallery wrapped canvases.
We also offer an onsite consultation service to discuss and evaluate your art
needs. We will oversee and project manage the entire installation
liaising with the client, architect, interior designer or project manager
offering a quick professional service within the agreed time and within budget.

ART CONSULTATION (Corporate & Domestic)
AC will visit your office or home to discuss artistic preferences, image and budget.
We analyze floor plans and view your physical space, enabling us to recommend
appropriate locations and styles for art that will complement and enhance your
corporate or home environment. AC works with existing collections,
while tastefully integrating new art acquisitions. We also maintain strong
relationships in the Designer/Decorator industry in Charlotte and happily bring
their expertise when and if necessary.
ART ON APPROVAL
Try before you buy. At AC, we want you to be certain you love
the artwork you select. That's why we bring the artwork to you for viewing in your home or office. This allows you to see
and evaluate a painting or sculpture before making the commitment
to purchase it.
ART PROGRAMS
We assist with the planning, execution and management of an art program
allowing you to assemble a cohesive, coordinated collection over time.
Site-specific commissioned works can be created by our many artists and we can
readily acquire works outside of our collection. We work with your architect and
designers to incorporate art and other design elements in your space.
ART INSTALLATIONS
Every piece of artwork available through AC & CAL includes free delivery and installation/hanging within a 50 mile radius
of Charlotte. We advise on locations for artwork and ensure that all art
is installed securely and with optimal techniques. In the installation process,
you will find AC & CAL to be professional, courteous, and sensitive to deadlines. We
regularly hang and place all types of art including large scale paintings and
sculptures. We further consult on favorable lighting conditions and arrange for
shipping and delivery if required.
CUSTOM FRAMING
We have partnered with local framing experts to provide the highest quality
custom framing and matting services. Custom framing is an integral part of our
business, giving us the opportunity to further provide you with superior quality
and service.
GIFT CERTIFICATES & CORPORATE GIFTING
Looking for the perfect gift? Whether for a special occasion (wedding,
anniversary, birthday) or as a show of gratitude for a dedicated team member,
fine art is always in style and far more classy than something you'd find at the
mall. AC can help you make fine art the gift that stands above all others. We provide gift certificates so recipients can choose artwork to suit
their personal tastes.
APPRAISALS & CATALOGING
We organize expert independent appraisals for insurance coverage, estate
planning, and charitable donation purposes. AC can also catalog your collection
and provide a detailed
and comprehensive inventory, in hard copy and digital
formats.
MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING COLLECTIONS
We will document and catalogue existing art collections, replace outdated or
damaged frames and relocate your artwork. Art collection management involves the
physical care of your art collection and it is important whether you have added
pieces to an existing collection or have recently moved a collection to a new
site.
